GIVE YOURSELF A HAND
Ok this week's beauty treatment involves no ingredients. Just look at yourself in the mirrror and sing your own praise. Sometimes we are our own worst critics. So do not look at any wrinkles, blemishes or any other fault you can find. Tell yourself you are beautiful, remind yourself of any accomplishments you have completed (Going back to school, raising your children, started a blog, spoke up at work, etc.) and call yourself fabulous. Remember, God only made one of you, you are one of a kind and anyone who comes into your presence should be honored to meet you as there is not another person on this planet past, present or future who will ever be you. You are a desingers original made by God; a one of a kind treasure!
