FOOT TREATMENT
After a day or even a week of hard work, be it in the office or at home, our feet have been given the run around and need some reviving for the weekend especially if you plan to go out dancing!
What you need:
1 bowl or basin big enough for both of your feet.
2-3 cups of olive oil (warmed)
1/2 cup of coarse sea salt (Approx 1/4 cup for each foot)
1/4 cup of sweet almond oil with a few drops of peppermint essential oil or 1/4 cup of unscented lotion with a few drops of essential oil (optional)
Towel
Pillows, Music, and/or a book (Optional)
Instructions:
Heat the oil in the microwwave or on the stove until it is warm. Pour wamed olive oil over your feet in bowl/basin and soak for a few minutes. Take coarse sea salt and gently but firmly scrub your feet all over sloughing off the dead dry skin. Rinse with warm water and pat dry. For an additional pick me up, rub the sweet almond oil with peppermint all over you feet, prop you feep up on a pillow for half and hour and relax. You will be doing the Lindy Hop in no time!
Time Required: 1 hour ( 30 minutes for prep and treatment and 30 minutes of foot rest)
