Minivan Mom Meltdown Mixer
(Just keep saying to yourself, Only 500 more carpools and the kid can drive herself!)
5 thin Cucumber Slices
5 Ice Cubes
1 Oz of Well Chilled Vodka
1 1/2 Oz of Pimm's No.1
4 oz of lemonade
Garnish: 1 lemon Wedge and 2 Thick Cucumber slices
Place one slice of cucumber in the bottom of a Highball glass, top with one of the ice cubes. Contiunue the proces altenating between cucumber slices and ice cubes till the last ice cube is on top. Pour in the Vodka, Pimm's no 1 and lemonade. Stir with a ling spoon to combine. With a plastic sword, skewer the lemon wedge between the cucumber slices,pop in the drink and enjoy.
